Lake Darby residents to be credited for softening error

Ohio American Water has admitted to error in its water softening efforts for the residents of the Lake Darby subdivision. Because of the error, Lake Darby water customers will be given an aggregate credit of $1,000. The credit will appear on bills no later than the end of April 2008, the company said.

Improvements to the Ohio American Water system
